Delivery and Returns





We strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible.  All orders placed on our website ship within 24 hours of processing payment.  All orders are safely packaged, fully insured and signature required upon delivery.

Shipping Costs:


  • Expedited Shipping - Estimated delivery 2–9 business days.

    Orders $340 and over FREE
    Orders under $340  $20 flat rate
  • Express shipping: CAD $30 - $120 depending on value and weight.  Estimated delivery 2–4 business days.
  • Local Vancouver, BC in store pick up: FREE.


  • CAD $60 - $250 depending on value and weight.  Estimated delivery 2–7 business days (excluding customs delays).

Shipping Restrictions:

  • For your security, we suggest shipping to the billing address on file with your credit card. While exceptions to ship to a different address are possible, they may lead to processing delays and possible order cancellation. If a separate shipping address must be used, we highly recommend using e-transfer (Canada) or wire transfer (worldwide).

Taxes and Duties:

  • All Canadian orders will be charged tax based on the shipping destination's provincial tax rates.  As a British Columbia, Canada based business we are required to collect tax on all Canadian orders.
  • Orders shipping to USA or any other country will not be charged tax during the transaction, however you may incur additional taxes and/or duties when the item is inspected at the border customs office of your particular destination. 


We want you to love your new find! 

All full priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date or in store purchase date.  The item must be in its original condition, have all original tags still attached and include all original accessories and documentation.  

Please note: at this time we are not able to refund the shipping charges.

Discounted items, items purchased using store credit or items marked as final sale are non-returnable. 

Return Your Items:

  2. Package the item(s) securely with all original accessories, documentation and packaging.  Make sure all of the items are in the original condition and all of the tags still attached with the item. Please include a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number you obtained from our customer care team.

Returns generally take 1-3 business days to process once the item arrives at our store. The full purchase amount of the item will be applied as store credit to the shoppers account and can be used towards any future purchases at modaselle. Please note: at this time we are not able to refund the shipping charges.


Orders placed containing items from our regular merchandise are eligible for cancellation provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.  If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your request.  

New Arrival Cancellations: Items from our New Arrival section are not eligible for cancellations and are subject to our standard exchange only return policy.  

We guarantee all items sold by Modaselle to be authentic.
