18K Yellow Gold 12.62 Carat Emerald Heart Pendant

18 karat yellow gold pendant consisting of a domed heart shaped frame with two bows at the top. At the centre of the frame is a modified collet/claw setting secured a faceted heart shaped emerald surrounded by pave set full cut diamonds. Tube settings at the top of the pendant secure three round brilliant cut diamonds with tapered baguette/baguette cut diamonds channel set in the bows. At the back/top of the pendant is a hinged chain loop with gravity hook at either side. The pendant suspends on an 18 karat white gold Riviere necklace set with full cut diamonds. The Riviere measures 16 inches in length secured by a box catch with two additional hinged safety catches.
